Soot is a beautiful black cat who was callously abandoned by her owner to take care of herself and then brought to PACT by a caring neighbour.

She is a friendly, sweet natured girl aged about three to four years. Soot will be fully vaccinated, neutered and micro chipped before she leaves the Sanctuary.
