Petition the Government to ensure the money they give to charities goes to ALL charities including animal charities.

Yet again animals are deemed not worthy of help - even though the government promised to help struggling charities. The National Lottery handing out the money on their behalf have said not to include animal charities. At last we have it officially, the lottery does not give to animal welfare even though it is the tax payers £370 million they are giving away for the government.

Something must change; 30% of the population support animals and it's their money being used.
