Luna is a 1 year-old Labrador X Akita who could win you over with just her smile. Luna is looking for a home to call her own, after coming into our care through no fault of her own. Luna’s perfect home would be that where there is currently a dog living, to give Luna a well-matched playmate. She has previously lived in a home where children have been household members so is suitable to be rehomed with children aged 5 and upwards. Her owner would need to be able to dedicate time to continue with her training and match her energy levels.

Luna is a well-mannered young lady who is familiar with her basic commands, but is keen to learn more. She walks well on a lead and here at the sanctuary, she loves to zoom around the training paddock with her doggy pals. She is respectful and gentle with breeds smaller than herself but her favourite pals are those that are of similar size where she can play a little more energetically.

Here at the sanctuary, Luna has been kennel clean and non-destructive. She loves people and interacting with them and is very affectionate to her carers, enjoying fuss and cuddles and the occasional tummy tickle.

If you feel Luna could be a match for you and you can give her a forever home then please submit an application below.
