Meet Trixie, the serene and easygoing cat who found her way to PACT in January 2024 due to her owner's change of circumstances.
Trixie is a quiet girl who enjoys the simple pleasures in life, like gazing out of the window and observing the world around her.
She's an easygoing companion who thrives in a calm and peaceful environment.

Despite her quiet behaviour, Trixie loves receiving affection and fuss, particularly in the form of gentle head and chin scratches.
She doesn't mind a little grooming and may even dribble with delight when she's feeling extra content. 

Currently, Trixie's diet is medicated due to her medical conditions, including struvite crystals and urinary issues.
Rest assured, any urinary problems she encounters will be covered by the shelter.

Trixie is seeking a new home without other cats, but she can happily coexist with cat-friendly dogs and children aged 8 and over.

Our rehoming requirements are below:

• All existing animals in the home must be neutered and vaccinated (where appropriate)
• You must be prepared to take out pet insurance to cover any unforeseen accidents or illnesses.
• You must be prepared to vaccinate annually and keep up to date with flea and worm treatments.
• We will consider rehoming cats to flats under certain circumstances – outdoor cats to ground floor flats with access to a private garden - indoor cats to flats without private garden size dependant.
• We will not rehome to busy roads such as A and B roads or regularly used main roads – suitability of location is at our discretion. We will consider properties with catios and cat proof gardens
  (see examples below)
• You will be required to visit your chosen cat at the sanctuary.
• All members of the household will be required to visit your chosen cat/s.
• You must be prepared to sign a foster agreement that outlines our terms and conditions
