Minnie is a beautiful mastiff cross that unfortunately, at the age of 4, has had 5 previoushomes. She has been returned to our care through no fault of her own and is seeking ahome she can call forever.

Minnie’s perfect home would be where any children in the household are of a minimum of 14years old this is due to Minnie being a larger breed and of an energetic nature. She would behappy to share her home with another dog of a similar temperament, pending successfulmeets at the sanctuary. She is not a fan of cats or small furries so would not be suitable tobe rehomed where they are currently living.

Minnie loves to be outside, especially on warm, sunny days, so would benefit from a homewith a private, secure garden with a minimum of 6 ft boundaries. She thoroughly enjoys herwalks and engaging with the environment, generally walking well on the lead. When out andabout Minnie is non reactive and will therefore be suitable for social lead walks with doggypals.

Minnie can sometimes struggle in confidence and get a little overwhelmed, especially inunfamiliar locations, she therefore requires an owner that will be able to dedicate time tohelp her with this all through positive reward based work and training.

Minnie enjoys the company of her carer and will certainly require minimal leaving hours fromher owner initially while she settles. She is loving and affectionate and with her previousexperience in living in a home she has proved to be non destructive, house trained andtravels comfortably in a car.
